I'm gutted about this, used to live his show on Capital Radio back in the day.
"foxys jukebox, earths most powerful instant music machine!"
Me too, always used to listen to Foxy's juke box, even though it wasn't really an instant access Juke box. I believe it was one of the production team running around between calls, finding the relevant track, ringing the caller back and then Foxy playing the song. Occasionally you would here someone say, I was waiting for your call back, or you didn't have my first choice of record."foxys jukebox, earths most powerful instant music machine!"
I knew someone years ago who worked on the Capital Helpline, he didn't deny that the Juke Box thing was a bit fake.
Capital used to have big names then, Tarrant, David Jensen, Richard Allinson, John Sachs, Pat Sharp & Mick Brown. It is a shame they lost all of their key presenters, dumped all their music in the early 2000s that were over a few years old and pitched the whole station as a "city urban youth" station, barely recognisable to what it was.
I still occasionally hear Neil Fox on a Magic if I turn on the radio on the 10 minute journey to work, kind of reminds me a bit of listening to the Juke Box on Capital when I was 15 years old

Well that escalated quickly...
It's all there in your link, to say he just had his hand on her thigh is disingenuous. He tried to feel her tits, she stopped him. He made an attempt to finger her and she stopped him. So why then, would he think it was okay to try and make her feel his cock? If it's a first date then it doesn't exactly show him in good light to behave like that. Come on, these are boundaries you learn in your teenage years.

All of this pretty sad of course, but there will always be this gem:

A gem it is. They actually read it out !!! http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=A9yJUOdVyUc
When will this end?
Lynda Bellingham (sadly dying of cancer) said this last week about 'bed' scenes with other actors.
I'm old enough to remember who he is. Will he be cautioned soon?
'I had one with an actor much older than me and I was playing his mistress and we were supposed to be making mad, passionate love. We both wore knickers but I had no bra on – ‘Intrinsic to the scene, dear’ is what they always told you.
Anyway, the director called action and this dirty old man stuck his hand between my legs. I let out a yell and the director shouted ‘cut’. ‘What on earth is the matter Lynda?’ he asked impatiently. I looked at my co-star, who was smiling at me. Smiling!
‘Nothing, sorry, let’s go again,’ I said as I settled back under the covers.
‘Action,’ cried the director, and with that I grabbed the actor’s crutch and squeezed, hard. It was his turn to let out a yelp and the director called ‘cut’.
‘What the hell is going on here, you two?’ he asked. ‘Nothing,’ we said in unison, and indeed nothing did happen from then on. That is the way to deal with dirty old men.'

Not sure what we are meant to take from this, the women involved should get over it maybe. Linda had the advantage that this event took place in room full of people so there was no chance her attacker would turn violent.
