Switzerland votes on ending mass immigration
The controversial Ecopop movement wants to slash the numbers entering the coutry from 80,000 a year to just 16,000

why cant we have a vote?

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/europe/swi...
Because unlike Switzerland we are in the EU.However Switzerland's problem is that it has allowed itself to be dragged/blackmailed into what is effectively EU membership by caving into the threat EU trade sanctions against it.

That situation could be reversed if we were to leave the EU then join Switzerland again in EFTA being that we have the leverage of being in trade deficit with the EU IE the EU needs us more than we need the EU.Which would be a game changer in smashing that EU blackmail situation regarding trade sanctions.IE they would be guaranteed to be the losers in trying the same stunt with us.

The big question is why the deafening silence from Farage regarding all that bearing in mind his supposed stance in being willing to take on the CBI as well as the EU.
Farage is always fairly quiet whilst the boys in power are making big noises.

He reads and analysis everything said, then moves. Been doing this for a while, and let's be honest, he has been a step a ahead of Westminster for most of 2014.

If that is the case why don't they call a leadership challenge to depose Cameron with a Eurosceptic leader like Davis. What are they waiting for because the longer they leave it the longer it will take to get us out.
Maybe too close to GE?

Now might be a good time for him to express 100% support for the Swiss position and do something about strengthening EFTA's position against the EU by rejoining it and threatening the EU with trade sanctions if the EU doesn't back down in it's blackmailing of Switzerland and us.

Surely if the plan is to defeat a LabLibdemSNP alliance and get out of the EU ASAP then going into the election with a solid UKIP/Conservative anti EU alliance would only help in that regard.

being called 'exceptionally stupid' by you is probably a badge of honour amongst those who know you but I have taken your advice.

I have read what you wrote slowly and looked up the link again and still don't get your point.

please demonstrate my 'exceptional stupidity' rather than your own.
Once again I find myself feeling charitable.

If you listen very carefully you'll hear the sound of nobody being surprised that you don't get points. If you can't figure out that typing 'I myself like gays' makes you incredibly stupid, then I gave you too much credit by calling you exceptionally stupid.

You take your time.

Sigh....

If only we were all as enlightened as you, perhaps we could all then see that Cameron is a top bloke who always keeps his word.

Shame on us for not seeing that, we are all deserving of your ridicule...

well once again you demonstrate your own limitations.

the mods don't like posters scrapping, so instead of being a rather nasty and juvenile smart arse, try to debate the points.

what I said fitted perfectly as a riposte to your ridiculous 'shocker' post.

When you type 'we', who do you include in 'we'? Who do you pretend to speak (type) for?
Anyhow, just because I don't believe in absolute truth according to Dear Leader, doesn't mean that I think that 'Cameron is a top bloke'.

You are not deserving of my anything. I have no idea who you are, apart from someone who pretends to speak for others.

Do you, yourself, like gays? Or do you agree with former kipper deputy leader;

Well as discussed below this would really go down well with the electorate. Based on the same data I use the decades long British Election Survey so it has a sound basis on which to work.

Not a single mention of UKIP so it will disappoint some.

WTF has this got to do with anything whatsoever?

If you disagree with people on here how about explaining alternative positive options instead of just rambling and taking up pixels on my screen.

I think that says a lot more about that particular poster than it does 'us'...

Very strange thing to ask..

And yet no answer to a simple question. Neither to who are you representing?

I did put an, albeit tiny amount of, effort to explain to you that not following gospel according to Nige, doesn't make one member of Cameron fan club. I understand why you need world to be simple to make sense to you. I do.

I didn't know that there is a requirement to pre-approve questions that are allowed on this thread.

I'll ask once again; Who are we? Who are you representing? I don't think that you want to answer question about liking gays, which is perfectly fine.

I am sorry - I think you are the biggest swivel-eyed fruit-loop on here.

Just glad I don't vote the same as you.

The troll accounts I mentioned earlier have come to mind again, here's a tweet from UKIP :

@ukiplgbt: Setting up troll accounts and tweeting hateful bigotry highlights what sad, miserable existences you lead @UKIPEastLondon @UKIPYeovil

Not sure why that seemed so relevant again! biggrin

You are right. But the question still stands. Who are you representing?
