New EU directive to stipulate dog owners walk behind dog and catch poo in poo bag rather than pick poo up using poo bag, invert, tie, then discard in appropriate poo bin.
Argument being that there is a significant amount of poo left on grass that a child could be in danger of toxocariasis.

You're sort of funny, because you're new around here, and no one is really paying any attention to you. So you sit there, on the sidelines, playing the "yeah, yeah, that's right", and "I agree", and "he's really stupid, isn't he, like you said he was" cards. Hoping, somewhat pathetically, to get noticed. Trouble is, you've really got nothing to say for yourself, so no one really cares.
