Well done for playing the "racist" card.
This is exactly what caused the problem in the first case.
Many people highlighted the issue, and they were ignored. Meanwhile tens of thousands of young girls were having their lives wrecked. It wasn't just the fact that many will never be able to form a relationship with a man, it is also the fact that they were led into being drug and alcohol addicts. They were also beaten and physically abused.
I am satisfied that the victims of Savile are being treated sympathetically, this does not appear to be the case in Rotheram. Recently, a 23 year old girl got arrested for racial abuse. This abuse occurred when she met a former abuser in the street. Of course, the abuser was not arrested.
Another girl walked into a police station in Oxford to complain about having being raped. She was covered in blood. She was sent on her way without any investigation taking place.
Playing the Racist card may have worked in the past, and as we see in Rotheram, it still works in some places, but its days are numbered.
You should be ashamed that you used this tactic.
Well I will apologise if you can explain why you typed the word "white" into this sentenceThis is exactly what caused the problem in the first case.

Is it wrong to point out that many thousands of young white girls have been abused by pakistini, Muslim taxi drivers?
Because you haven't given a good explanation, and I can't think of oneJustAnotherLogin said:

I don't mean to interlope on Don, but were the victims white? The offenders were almost entirely Pakistani ethnicity, Muslims, and if the roles were reversed this would have been a racially aggravated crime. It seems pertinent to the crime to mention colour when it is a defining feature of the victims. don41 said:

Don41 has already admitted there were victims of different ethnicities. But it seems he was only concerned about the white onesEdited by brenflys777 on Sunday 8th March 23:06
This has been covered on the various abuse gang / Savile / Rotherham / Smith threads.
There are various M.O.s used for these crimes depending largely on the perpetrators and the victims.
For example some abuse has been clearly within the Pakistani community by relatives of the victims, the leverage used to allow continuing abuse being the shame that would be heaped on the victim's family.
Clearly not all the victims of the various perpetrators have been white, but the anger and despair of many has been precisely because of the point raised by brenflys that a crime, even a bit of Friday night out on the town drinks argy bargy, can be categorised as a race or hate crime, whilst these vile acts have been swept under the carpet for fear of the race card being played.
The race / alleged racist card is being played on this thread time and again, sometimes in the most pointed way. I think we've had enough of it by now.

I came across this pearl from a Police group, I'd forgotten this was one of the promises that Cameron gave before the last election. With so much promised if he's PM after May it seems quite relevant :
David Cameron, May 2010, 3 days before election "What I can tell you is if I win the election, if we win, any cabinet minister who comes to me and says, 'Here are my plans' and they involve frontline reductions, they'll be sent straight back to their dept to go away and think again"
Fast forward.....
In the last four years, the equivalent of seven entire police forces have been cut.
ACPO estimates another 34,000 out of 205,000 police jobs will disappear over next 3 years.

Farage was accused by Clegg last year of being a dangerous fantasist for his statement about the EU wanting it's own Army:

Typical UKIP article- why can't Migrants integrate, why do they get preferential treatment blah, blah, bah
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/immigration...
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/immigration...
Why is that a typical UKIP article? Maybe it's whoosh parrot for me time, but essentially BJ is simply articulating what many people, regardless of their tribal voting history, are saying and thinking.
Perhaps I could have said 'ordinary' people but that would simply bring out the unpleasant and unwelcome contributors who have a one eyed and obnoxious attitude.

More drivel from Bojo his faux Conservative ramblings are as predictable as Hanan's token anti-EU daily tweets. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/immigration...
They talk the talk but certainly don't walk it.

It is normally Nigel who writes similar and despite being sensible, it gets blown out of all proportion!!
Guessing Boris must be getting a few 'im voting UKIP' remarks on the doorstep.

LOL. Nice one. Puts up umbrella as parrot poo shield.
Not long now FIF, excited to see how our take on the polls turns out on the day
I still feel that in 2020 after 5 years of another weak and unpopular government, possibly with the EU carrying on obliviously, then it could be carnage for the old guard.
EU federalists at it again:
EU army!

These crimes could have been stopped years ago if people had not been afraid to highlight the problem. They were abused with accusations of racism if they pointed out the facts.
This all came to light two years ago, and still very little is being done to stamp it out. The abuse is ongoing and the police and social services appear to be doing very little to stop it.
JAL, you appear to be more worried that someone has pointed out that there is a cultural element to these horrific crimes than you are about the victims.

I thought these kind of numbers were supposed to be utter nonsense and nowhere near what the reality was likely to be?
jesus wept, that is far more than i even imagined .can we really manage to cope with that kind of figure every year for the foreseeable future ? i think not.I thought these kind of numbers were supposed to be utter nonsense and nowhere near what the reality was likely to be?

Imagine if a Muslim orgamnisation had reported the Yewtree cases as:
"White DJs and celebrities guilty of raping young muslim children"
No more misleading, and just as likely to lead to a concentration on the wrong thing
I notice you have no explanation as to why you typed "white young girls" rather than "young girls".
