Hi Acharya,

Thanks for the info and link. It's also unnatural for men not to be able to see women in their natural beauty and loveliness. The resultant sensory deprivation leads to mental perversions, such as the obsession Islamic men have with a promised afterlife of "72 virgins" in paradise, which is obviously a compensatory tactic of the mind to make up for the sensory loss that male sexuality is otherwise designed to accommodate. This male frustration leads to all kinds of violence, including war and terrorism, and is of course not the monopoly of Islam, though Islam certainly seems to express its most extreme form.

Thanks again for broaching this subject.

I reckon I've sussed it, the reason for Islamic extremism all boils down to the fact that the majority of toms won't entertain them hehe

Muslims are just the foreign bogeymen du jour. There was a point (somewhere around the end of the 19 century) where the Chinese were viewed with quite a bit of suspicion. It was all opium dens and debauchery back then - at least according to the press...
I would take the Opium dens and debauchery any day over beheadings and bombings on our streets though (especially the being debauched bit) smile
Oh absolutely. I'd love a bit of opium den action down Limehouse way, it's on my way home and handy for DLR connections.

Funny thing that you get debates on hookers forums about it from time to time. Usually split along lines of 60/40 as to yes or no as clients.

Why are you even in this debate? You've contributed nothing of any worth. Some others who I disagree with have made some valid points, to enhance the discussion, but not you. You just spout pure drivel.

Call him thick Twig, that normally works
It would be a compliment! hehe

Now, let's not forget fellas that as a rule of thumb these women are on the largish side (maybe due to lack of activity due to low Vitamin D levels?) and it's quite unfair to the rest of society as to just how much extra fabric is needed to dress one of these from head to toe.

Even more surprising that when you think about the poverty that is present in their countries of origin and how many can't afford suitable clothing. FFS we have had severe fabric rations in this very country in living memory! Have they no shame??

PS - I absolutely detest the Burkha, but it doesn't affect people (nor me) as much as they would lead you to believe. There are deeper reasons why people want to see it banned and it's (largely) not because of things like being genuinely concerned for the well-being of a Muslim women's health or the fact that they can't communicate effectively with one. There are more sinister underpinnings here and that is a slippery slope no matter what your belief system.

I care nothing for Muslim women's health and have no need or wish to communicate with one. I do not understand why others claim to.

I do not like to see our virtues being used against us. It is a stupid stance to take. It would affect precisely no-one I care about to ban this st in public. We would remain one of the most tolerant nations on Earth, just a little less stupidly so.

You didn't say why you absolutely detest the burkha.
