Comes just after Canada raised its threat level after two soldiers were run down in Quebec by Muslim convert.

Not good. The one yesterday sounded like a Lee Rigby copycat case, glad the cops shot him dead, lets hope they get this one too.

It's not far from the Department of National Defence either. You see servicemen & women wandering about in uniform on their lunch breaks etc.

1 gunman shot dead, 2 or 3 still at large.

Sounds like the soldier was shot at close range, doesn't look good.

BBC reporting that it may have been the Sergeant-at-Arms who shot dead the attacker(if there is only one).

They also have a pretty frightening video with lots of gunfire from inside the parliament.

These tts could strike anywhere. We need to up the security at the Palace of Westminster.

It wouldn't take much for the suicidal tts to storm the entrance and cause havoc there.

And while were at it - cancel the latest reduction in the number of British troops. Something tells me we're gonna need 'em.

Doesn't sound like they were looking to ration out ammo!

It said on the news that they had recently been training for an incident like this inside the parliament building. The Sgt at Arms sounds a bit badass.

Sounding like a shooting at a shopping centre now?

Apparently Malana, Nobel Prize winner shot in the head, was due to attend parliament today and receive an honorary citizenship.

Sounds rather similar to the allegations against the guys arrested here last week.

Some nut bag got a bit angry during PMQs today in out own parliament and tried to chuck something past the protective screen in the public galley, coincidentally.

Police confirm shootings at three different locations in Ottawa. The War Memorial, Parliment, and a shopping mall.

This Bosnian Imam in Canada makes sense. He discusses how Muslims should progress and integrate. He goes on to say that Canada is more Muslim than so-called Muslim states because it allows Muslims to practice their religion in various ways.

I wonder if irony has not struck here though. Has the very tolerant Canadian attitude toward Islam helped? Perhaps so, but not enough to stop the three current attacks we are seeing now.

We have had 7/7, Aberdeen airport, Lee Rigby, Grandma in her garden, ISIS expats and funding plus umpteen other attempts now foiled plus the rape gangs and now Trojan horse in schools up and down the country yet our politicians still preach the same ste - religion of peace, embrace it, do more to integrate..

Only problem is they don't seem to want to.

I am convinced that we need our own Guantanamo in the UK.
