Security were asleep.

Nutter seemed to be carrying a bag strangely also.

I would have been impressed if CMD had 'done a Prescott'

How did I know it'd be a scrawny white man with a beard and dreadlocks?

You're avving a larf yeah?

There's threads in this very forum calling for politicians head's on sticks on Tower Bridge, Davey gets a bit of playground shove and everyone is up in arms!

He deserves far worse in my opinion, at least Prescott had the spine/balls to lamp the fker back.

OK I am no fan of David Cameron, however he is Prime Minister and should be shown some respect,
Well he certainly shouldn't be assaulted but "shown some respect"? I'm afraid I have to disagree, he deserves none, he is an embarrassment to his position.

This was a complete failure of the PM's close protection. Regardless of his intentions, the guy in question should not have got within 20 metres of Cameron.

Personally I'd like to "bang up" that short, chunky chick in the miniskirt and green shoes. cloud9

Prescott saw an idiot chuck an egg at him and then stand there with a grin. It took him a second or so to judge that and react and he knew the prick deserved a punch.
Cameron hitting out when it may have just been an accident or some protester wanting to shout 'save the NHS' at him and him punching out would have send the left wing world into a tizzy. The bodyguards are there to do a job for him.

Hmmm...

I read this on the BBC and they've painted a completely different picture. They are saying the man was purely jogging to the local gym. The police report links up to this, and saying he was arrested, and now released, and I quote "was in the wrong place at the wrong time".

Funny how different journalists portray this story completely differently

Very much so. The bald chap completely misses the soap dodger running past him on his right and then when they finally do grapple him to the ground Dave makes his way unaccompanied to the car.

He would have been toast if they had been a pro instead now we have to wait until after Rochester and Strood.
