V-power for 118.9 today in Reading. Not long ago I was expecting it to go the wrong side of 150 p / l. Happy days.

Just saw $2.35 / Gallon at two places on the way to the office. Costco and an independent. Double edged sword for Louisiana as our state's budget is largly funded by petroleum.
Does it seem like the roads get any busier as the price drops?
We are noticing service and food prices dropping as transport/power generation is getting cheaper.

Crikey, I hadn't realised how far the price of oil has fallen. I went to fill up with diesel at my local garage this morning and they gave me £7.65.

This time last week I was paying THEM.

It appears the "membership retailers" like Sam's and Costco are running about 15-30 cents / gallon under the others here. How about in your area?

That's mental.

I think it was $4 when I was in California in August.

107.7 in Swindon (why ...is Swindon always cheaper than anywhere within shouting distance of it?)

Not sure what quantities you buy, I just get a litre at a time. Almost 50% cheaper in ASDA shop than Sainsburys petrol station.

Saw 108.9 in Rochdale last week. I don't think the sub-£1 litre is beyond the realms of possibility this next month or two.

Yesterday I passed an Esso with 106 for petrol and 113 for diesel.

I can see petrol going back below £1 by March.
