This.

Her tweet shows nothing but reality; and she's not judging in it.

She does, however, point at what is fairly common; ie. mirrors a considerable share of society; means she's pointing at labour's potential voters. She's judging with the tweet, judging her party's voters. Populist politics. You don't get that in non-democracies.

I reckon he's justified her attitude.
Agreed, He looks exactly like the bloke that I would hate to have living near me...

st van
Shaved head
England st everywhere
Noisy summer BBQ's
Couple of barking staffordshire bull terriers
Diesely noises at the crack of dawn
Oil stains on the drive
Dogst on the lawn
Bacon butties every day
Sun reader
Noisy arguments with his wife
Leaves his st van anywhere he feels like it
Laugh. Spot on.

Farage says he wouldn't want Romanians living next door. I reckon they'd be saints next to this Lambert & Butler I'll-do-it-for-four-hundred-cash mouth breathing cage fighter. His wife will be no stranger to Asda in her dressing gown, either.

Not just the flags/van/stone pillars in a new build terrace that sums up his class. I bet his house will be a picture when the Christmas lights go up next week.

edit - just saw this quote from him,
‘I will continue to fly the flags – I don’t care who it pisses off. I know there is a lot of ethnic minorities that don’t like it,’ he said.

You're suggesting Emily's 'Image from Rochester' tweet was merely the first of a Christmas themed before and after style diptych?

Well I guess she'll have a bit more time on her hands now so I look forward to picture 2.

Probably not my first choice for a neighbour either, but Van Man at least comes across as a grafter, and as honest if in a rather blunt fashion. I feel quite sorry for him being dragged into this media frenzy.

It's just comical watching Labour fall to bits, though. Red Ed's "respect" line is just the icing on the cake. What a dozy, slow-witted, patronising clown that man is.

I am not sure I feel sorry for him as he is probably £20k better off than he was last week courtesy of the Sun.

Oh come on....this is the guy who is featured on the news throwing bottles and plastic chairs at locals when England play football. Lobster coloured, pissed up and a disgrace to homo sapiens.

Maybe it does sound snobby but it's a part of our country that we can do without.

You gather that from a football shirt and a shaved head?

Hi might be a top bloke

Don't judge a book by it's cover.

The van suggests he works for a living... that's a good sign IMO

Isn't it funny, she made no comment, but everyone knew exactly what she meant. I don't think she did anything wrong, wearas Millibks populist attempt at looking strong by making her resign can only backfire.

It's no different to the others who reckon he's a hard working tax payer just by looking at him.

It really makes me laugh, these double standards, if it was any other thread than one about a Labour MP (who's worked hard and made something of her life, and not born with money), the comments would all be about how he's a chav with his crappy England flags bringing the tone of the street down and that he's probably a dodgy tradesman who takes cask in hand and dodges paying all his taxes!

How many on here would be thrilled if their neighbour started parking a crappy van in their front garden and started hanging out crappy England flags? (yes, I know most of the Tory toffs on here live in country estates in Surrey, but imagine it was one of your staff)

If you tweeted a similar picture of a house in Bradford with Pakistani flags hanging outside and the words "Bradford these days" you'd be castigated.

Not on here you wouldn't.
