Grrr. Blasted Daily Mail!

I now know Harvey is married, 45, a sales manager and is canny enough to negotiate down his utility bills (and checks his statements - good man). I even know he lives in Walton on Thames. But how much is his home worth? So frustrating.

Sharp practice by someone at BT, mind. Glad they corrected it and tried to contact the chap. Hopefully this is an isolated case - or am I being naive?

Seems this is creeping in a lot. Close inspection of my vet bill showed £1 donation to a pet charity. It's only a pound, but it would have been polite to have been asked first..
