Oh, I must be doing it wrong. I quite often deal with stupid people and think/call them stupid. Only last week, BandQ took a large chunk of cash out of me. And every single person who 'helped' me instore was verging on retarded. But I paid up because I don't know the name of the DIY superstore staffed by MENSA. Is that not normal procedure in daily life??

TBH I never considered B&Q a professional service. I was thinking more along the lines of lawyer, accountant, doctor, etc.
