No, it's still there but the Daily Mail got bored of it & are now onto the hugely more important question of how the Stamp Duty changes will ensure the readers will continue to see a rise in their house prices.

All the potential victims in the outbreak area died of bird flu years ago, ebola crisis averted.

Ebola does this - pesky little blighter.

It blows up all of a sudden and then dies down due to the measures that are put in place to combat it (i.e. better hygiene, quarantine etc.) are very effective - thankfully.

What was unique this time is that it arose in populated areas where it was able to kill lots of people due to the density of people being high. This compared to the historical rural outbreaks where the population density is much lower, leading to comparatively low death rates - something the Western press aren't interested in because "One man dies of Ebola outbreak 000s miles away from you." doesn't make for a great headline.

We're still ALL GOING TO DIE!

Just because most news channels are not reporting it doesn't mean it's gone.

Lots of stuff happens and doesn't make it into Google... and lets remember Google are now getting that right to be forgotten thing used left right and centre these days so don't expect undesirable news stories to be left hanging around long.

I think the ebola virus has been eco offset by the news that HIV is weakening. I suspect we are almost virus neutral.

Went quiet as soon as the IDF stopped bombing kids in Gazza.

Otherwise known as distraction policy.

It's gone to the same place as Bird Flu, Swine Flu, the missing Malaysian airlines plane, the 200+ schoolgirls kidnapped by boko haram, the imminent expulsion from the EU of Greece and countless other big news stories

It's in the parcel the post office very nearly refused to send for me this morning after asking after said parcel's contents. That's why I've used lots of parcel tape - so it doesn't leak out...
No sense of humour at all.

Hang on.

In principle that is no different to the mouthbreathers that say 'durr, a bomb, huh huh huh' at airports and then wonder why they are not allowed to fly. From a UK airport. Ever again.

They get rightly condemned here and I don't see a huge difference.
