Just in case you have not been pulled up on this as yet the law has been changed fro what it once was.

It is now impossible for a woman to be convicted of carrying out a rape I believe as she is lacking the basic equipment to do so. Obviously she could be an accessory or otherwise involved in the offence.

A woman who forces a man to have sex against his will is guilty of a Sexual Assault I believe.

The case in point absolutely was not what you claim. Yes, there was an argument, but that's the only part of it you've got factually correct. The woman gave her pissed ex-husband a lift back to his flat. He then decided to walk down the road in front of her car rather than going inside, leaving her with no choice but to drive down the lane behind him if she wanted to get home.

All of this is in the article, but I suppose it doesn't support your "woman = evil" agenda, so it's far more convenient to write your own version instead, isn't it?

You said she followed him home and ran him over. That suggests to any rational reader a far greater degree of deliberate malice than her giving him a lift home and him then walking down the road in front of the car.

I have read what you have written on this thread. As a result of that, plus the whole basis of using a case you have no personal experience of to attempt to push a "women get treated too leniently" agenda, I have formed the impression that you are a misogynist. I'm not sure why you would expect me to apologise for the fact that what you've written makes me feel like you are a misogynist.

As for justifying it, beyond saying "it's based on what I've read on this thread and the fact of the thread's existence", I'm not sure how I can justify an impression? It's not like I've claimed that the earth actually revolves around the moon, and I can be put on the spot to provide scientific justification. It's just the impression I have formed of you based solely on the contents of this thread. You may or may not be a misogynist in real life, but I don't know you in real life, so am limited to what I've read on here.
