The economy is doing so well that we have deflation.
No we haven't. Jan 0.3%; Feb & March = 0%. Possible that April will report slight deflation primarily driven by low gas prices (A good thing for the economy!).Feel free to lie away though - normal for the left isn't it?

The economy is still growing faster than our peers even if it's slow. Better a slow recovery than rapid slide into an over-taxed oblivion.

It's not a lie - just a bit early. Meanwhile personal debt is at record levels and the so called recovery isn't making it presence felt in terms of bulging tax receipts for the chancellor.
Good. The less he takes from me in tax the more I have in my pocket. Happy days.MarshPhantom said:

Employment in the private sector and overall surging ahead?
Wages rising ahead of inflation?
How awful. Labour would show the way
Get less tax, spend less tax....and overall. Sure, Labour won't have a clue when it comes to understanding that. Unfortunately neither does CMD.

Of course it is.However, because it's not aimed at the stereotypical ethnic minorities, it's completely fine. There is no such thing as a racist act against a 'white' person in this country.
I think they should also think about putting rubbish collection high up the agenda.

That's outrageous, UKIP got roundly shafted for an all white poster. But what's worse is 'putting black people first'. fk that. Any white MP saying the reverse would be slaughtered.Odious cow has form for it. Andrew Neil should rip her a new ahole.

In fact aren't the Lid Dems and Tories going out of their way to say the economy is very fragile and needs careful husbanding?
Ironically enough the only people saying the UK economy is doing great are the IMF!!!
Just looking at a couple of Sussex constituencies, there are a lot of areas where UKIP are doing the Lib Dems or Labour a big favour
http://lordashcroftpolls.com/?s=lewes
http://lordashcroftpolls.com/2015/01/hastings-rye/
Those two would both be painted blue if 2/3 of the UKIP vote switched to Conservative, but at the moment it looks like they will go to Labour and the Lib Dems.
http://lordashcroftpolls.com/?s=eastbourne
So Eastbourne looks like a safe Lib Dem seat (if such a thing still exists) but the swing to UKIP from the Torys is huge.
Although the suggestion is that the voting SNP gets a Labour government it appears the number of votes migrating from Conservative to UKIP is what will ultimately let Ed Milliband into number 10. UKIP won't win in most places (at best 5 or so seats) but where they are able to poll 10-20% it's enough to massively impact on the result.
