Pershmerga and defeated ISIS

Do the Peshmerga take any prisoners or is it bye-bye for any ISIS militants who don't get killed before fighting stops?

I saw some photos on Liveleak of sorry looking ISIS militants who appeared to be prisoners. Where do they end up?

I heard a report and interview on Radio 4, apparently the Peshmerga aren't too fussed about burying dead ISIS fighters. Leaving them in a ditch for the local dogs appears the preferred method of disposal
