Crazy isn't it, crop yields are going up and up, even in the face of adverse weather in India last year, crop was still mahooooooosive.

All thanks to the multiplication of effort, irrigation, chemicals, fertilizers etc. made possible by the fossil fuels they want to ban.

Don't forget the "huge" rise in carbon dioxide in the atmosphere helping the growth and the greenhouse temperatures.

Todays Beeb CC puff piece:-

Warmer winters play important role in EU emissions drop

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-3658...

File under non story/bloody obvious, whichever. Sod all to do with GW, but the inference is there.

Well European CO2 emissions are actually increasing in the official 2015 stats!

True but it seems a bit tenuous as a connection to the story.

They got carried away, they forgot the golden rule of climate alarmism, never make a claim that can actually be categorically & quickly proven/checked.

But even so, they got the headlines, the vast majority of people will now believe that the bear populations are rapidly mixing and interbreeding as a result of climate change.
There will be no prominence given to the final outcome in the MSM.

Even if the Bears were at it like rabbits, I don't understand why that should be so bad anyway. Is racial purity enforced by the WWF? Will mixed race bears have to carry a special "coloured" ID card?

Ha.

Climate alarmism is based on all changes before 1950 being natural & good, all after being man-made and portents of doom.

Polar Bears likely only evolved from Brown bears (includes Grizzlies) in the last few 100k years anyway, they are a sub-species.

They are a prime example of how animals very rapidly adapt to exploit new territory and climates, and interbreeding would of course be a natural way to successfully continue that evolution process. Not wrong/scary at all.

Has anyone blamed the EU referendum on climate change yet?

No, but the result is clearly an outcome! The European climate has heated somewhat.

Not if Boris's dad has any part in it. Listening to him in TV interviews today repeating his barnum statement 'environmental security' anyone would think he's a subsidy farmer.

Significantly warmer winters have played an important role in the ongoing decline in EU greenhouse gas emissions.

The Beeb still insists that CO2 is a greenhouuse gas when it isn't. But they've missed the bloody obvious although they shout it out loudly !

It's self regulating !!!! So CO2 output goes down when the temp stays up !! Fixed then now, isn't it, we don't need COP21 anymore !

Just to let you all know, the EU referendum has resulted in the entire stock of 'could', ‘maybe', ‘might', ‘possibly’, suggests’, ‘indicates’, ‘points too’ etc, etc, has been used up, thus all new CC & GW ‘reports’ are on hold until re-stocking takes place. Thank you all for your patience!
