They need to take heed, just look at the old British Cars BBS!
I remember that site when I had a Lotus. I looked a few months ago. Erm...

Yesterday seemed to go really well but had the massive potential to turn in to some Barry boy ttfest.

If you dont like it, you know where the door is. I too had a charitable event pulled. I see it as their loss not mine.
same here, its why I stopped going on the Wiltshire drive outs and the meets. At chedar it was the "better cars" making the most nuisance

I've seen bad behaviour at super car meets. It's not specific.

Yesterday was about coming together to show support AGAINST bad behaviour, particularly vandalism of vehicles due to personal preference. It relied on the good nature of participants to behave.

Barryboy ttfest behaviour isn't intrinsic to just one group of people. It takes one or two people in ANY group. Officially organised or other. Hopefully yesterday proved that the car community can bring smiles, love and happiness.
your post highlights just why ph only sanction ph official meets. Even then you get tts like the guy on youtube leaving the jaguar world event a few years back, tried to drift, span his Subaru. One incident ruins the reputation for all. I understand the meaning behind yesterdays meet, but it did have a risk of someone acting the tt, glad it didn't happen.

One up against the ageists!

Miserable bds forcing him to buy a 'grey' car.

I hope he has a brilliant 'yellow' day.

Wonderful show of support. Congrats to all those involved.
I wonder if it's the ageists, or special terms placed on his insurance... which would still be a crying shame.
