So what? It's a bunch of middle aged white people on the whole with a bunch of different political affiliations. And this has been going on for years regardless of who has been at the top - I imagine few of the people on that page have been there for the seventeen years in question.The problem is not the ethnicity or politics of he councillors ... it's that they are a bunch of shysters with no interest other than looking after themselves.

So they get sent on these courses as they've been talent spotted and told that they're the chosen ones, get taught to lead beyond authority and then when not everyone falls under their spell they deny the truth and bully them.

So when they've figured out what's going on with the child grooming, raping and pimping taxi drivers, they could perhaps learn lessons and the same countermeasures deployed across all towns, or just towns and cities where this problem is prevalent?
A Top Gear challenge could be to see how many schoolgirls you can get in a minicab, though that idea could have been inspired from their truck driving challenge.
