if someone is doing something related to my kids i do not like,i can do whatever i want there may be consequences in the long run ,but that would not stop any father i know looking out for his kids best interests . in this instance i have no sympathy for the dead paedo,and believe neither will the spanish justice system.i would not be expecting the father to serve any jail time for this.

100% agree. In this case the child probably didn't realise they were being pictured. Now there Dad is going to prison for a long time. Can't see how this is good for the Child.

Regardless, he'll go though the trial etc and for what? His child wasn't hurt and probably didn't realise. Very sad.

Perhaps had the father known for certain that the nonce would get life to mean life for the pictures, then he'd have waited for the police. When instead it's likely just to be a slap on the wrist and back to his ways.... Well, if the courts won't protect her, they've no business getting uppity with her father.

We don't know how many children the father has saved from this nonce, but we do known it'll be a number greater than zero.

He had indecent images of kids on his iPad. In what possible way do you imagine he could not be guilty?

It's time kiddy fiddling had a mandatory whole life tariff. The main reason it doesn't is the number of MPs and judiciary for whom it is a pastime.

We could still imagine. For me it would have to be the café scene in Layer Cake with 'Ordinary Day' playing in the background. Or Goodfellas perhaps - though replacing 'shoe-shine box' with 'iPad' doesn't quite have the same ring to it ..
