Sad all round. Is it reversible? Probably not.

Reversible?

We are now starting to ask people to leave, but that up to 50,000 of those asked to leave will probably stay and go underground. Then again, at least now the benefit handouts for those illegally in the country are being stopped, but on the other hand they get free dental and healthcare...

Meanwhile emergency services are being pelted with stones in many parts of the country, a few nights ago Molotovcocktails were thrown at the police, but not to worry, we are serving them coffee and pizza for free, that'll learn'em...

With fktards at the wheel, we are only sinking deeper and deeper, I seriously don't think this will ever be repairable.

So why aren't Swedis citizens taking control of the situation? IE removing the inept government, by force if necessary.

But, but, but... That would mean I'm a racist? Besides, I'm a good old socialist, and very, very naive and gullible at that.

That's the majority of Swedes in a nutshell.

Devastating. Until they are brave enough to stand up for their values and way of life, they will just have to take everything that's coming.

As I said, unfortunately I think it's too late to do anything now anyway.

Sweden is that canary in the mineshaft.

It applies to all of Western Europe really. Sweden seems to be at the forefront of it, but that doesn't mean the same thing isn't happening here and elsewhere.

Britain's on target for record immigration again this year, we've already had mass child abuse, terror attacks, sharia patrols, the 2011 riots with a fairly strong racial element and a host of other enriching episodes.

Still our hate speech laws are bang on when it comes to "Islamophobia" and our envy of the world (well, over bearing governments of the world at least) national broadcaster talks about the 'so-called' Islamic State in recognition of the well-known fact that it's all nothing to do with Islam.

So I'm sure they'll all forgive their former white oppressors soon and the multi culti dream will get back on track.

Hopefully the other generous Scandinavian countries will learn from this episode.

Finland already has a few issues and a lot of citizens want to take in Refugees, if Finland had taken in 200000 that would have been a population growth of 5% or so and would have not ended well.

We're off tomorrow for a short break to Berlin.

We looked at Stockholm but decided against it due to the current issues.

Berlin only just made it as well. It was really difficult to find a city in Northern Europe that hasn't been significantly affected by highly trained professionals and women and children ruining it.

Driving through Calais does concern me, but I am told it is fairly safe. What matters is that it concerns.

I certainly would not wish to go to one of the Greek islands that has been affected by the influx.

I can heartily recommend Salzburg if you haven't been, for next time. Still relatively unscathed.

Salzburg is lovely, was there last year.

Austria is such a wonderful country. I do hope it doesn't get ruined.

So many of those things are here to stay - in every sense of the word. We cannot change that, but perhaps we ought to change our mindset to this phenomenon. Western Governments are PC impotent.

Profile of the people who are emigrating would be interesting to find out.

I agree completely. I've been twice in the last year, the last time was a road trip taking in a whole load of places I'd wanted to visit for ages. If I was going to live anywhere else in Europe that's where you'd find me.

They seem to be strong minded and resilient people so I'm confident the country will do fine.

I hope so.

I intend living for a while around the Innsbruck area at some point in the future.

If you mean driving into and out of the port, there's multiple police vans on the road to prevent immigrants

attempting entry to the port.

Have you been through Calais port recently ?

The main access road is bordered with high fences and razor wire.

And the police presence mentioned,it'll be fine.

In short, recently arrived guy gets arrested by police, fights the officers and bites one of them, gets acquitted at court for "having bad experiences of the police in his home country".
