From the Swedish government.....

Facts about migration and crime in Sweden
Hold the presses, Government in "government policy is working" shock claim!

The weaselly weasel words that follow are more telling. Sad!
When we had a Labour Govt the term "Lies, damn lies and statistics" was commonly used on PH in response to any good news from the government. We don't see that anymore now the Tories are in power.

"Lies, damned lies, and statistics" is a little older than the PLP.

Swedish Government said:
Claim: "In Sweden there are a number of 'no-go zones' where criminality and gangs have taken over and where the emergency services do not dare to go."

Facts: No.
http://www.svt.se/nyheter/inrikes/kronofogden-skulle-besoka-utpekad-terrorfinansiar-fick-inget-polisskydd

Tjänstemän från Kronofogden begärde skydd av polisen när de skulle göra hembesök hos en utpekad extremist – men fick nej. Anledningen: Mannen bodde i ett ”farligt område”.

Google translate:
Officers from the bailiff requested the police to attend when they were making a home visit to a suspected extremist - the request was rejected. The reason: The man lived in a "dangerous area".

So there are no-go zones then, or is the state owned SVT lying, is the state bailiff lying, or is the state run police lying, or is the government lying?

Brainwashed society and fear of the consequences of standing out.

That fear of standing out is a totally Swedish cultural thing. In reality more of a Nordic thing, but in Sweden expressed as lagom. The word derives from a shortening of the phrase “laget om”, which literally means “around the team". Lagom is “the median, the middle, the appropriate”. Don't be cock, but also don't be quiet and shy, just enough.

The really telling part of that rather silly piece by the Swedish government is this:

Sweden needs immigration to compensate for the decline in numbers of babies being born here.

Why does Sweden "need" to make up for a population which has plateaued?

Presumably to prop up an over generous welfare system and huge pension liabilities for a few more years?

Assuming they all become tax payers.

Did the politicians ever ask the Swedes if they wanted this? Or if they thought that this was the best way to do it? Did anyone make the case that just maybe the Swedish public were happy with the amount if kids they were having?

I guess not, or the whole shabby project wouldn't have been sold as some sort of humanitarian exercise.

They'll allow in immigrants that will outbreed the natives and destroy any semblance of the culture in a short time.

We are accepting the same thing though.

A little less readily and less hastily, but the same idea.

The challenge for the current government is that if the team changes their mind then they're out.

I would say it is totally a Swedish thing, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Norway are quite happy to lead a quiet life away from the spotlight. Sweden has some sort of fetish for being "bror duktig" (the best kid on the block) and every so often points a finger at its neighbours telling them what and whatnot to do, (even the EU nowadays, oh and now they are in the UN security council as well, hallelujah,) and tell the world how amazing and spotless they themselves are.

As Looket said, the one thing that matters the most in Sweden is its reputation around the world, once that starts cracking, everything will fall.

Soem of you are right and some of you are wrong.

Much much more difficult to get into the county now than a year ago (thankfully)

The population in general especially the older part is very anti.immigration whereas the young ones are more pro, but the sane part of the population understands that a country of 10 million can not take 185000 regugees or migrants in one year.

The mass immigration is starting to show it's huge drawbacks, crime in some areas is very high and very violent, not Marseilles suburbs violent but still, and the media can say what they want, eveyone know that it's undecucated unemployed immigrants that terrorize the neighborhoods.

I don't really know if there is any no-go zones where the cops refuse to enter, but there is alot of places where I wouldn't go even during the day any more.

A recent phenomenon here is that firefighters and ambulance personel get attacked when responding to calls, and that there is even a need for a police patrol to cover them from being assaulted and have their equipment thrashed. In my opinion ppl that are responsible for attacking fire/abulance personel should be shot on sight.

fking vermin imo.
