The fall onto the floor, especially if she had hit the wall (inches away from doing so) could so easily have left her dead or permanently damaged. We have enough indigenous scum here doing similar and perhaps the Swedes do too, but I can't help thinking that the left leaning pc govt. have rushed things through with such little care and checking in their urgency and need to seem generous, concerned and kindly, that they have caused real damage to Sweden.

Google translate:
Suburbs where threats, violence and extortion are part of life. Where people do not dare to talk to the police for fear of threats and violence. Where drug sale happens in the open, where 12 year olds carry guns and police officers are greeted with bricks thrown at them.

Some snippets:
  • If police attendance is required, they do so with at least four officers and two reinforced cars, sometimes police attendance is out of the question
  • Shootings are very common
  • Torching of cars and houses is very common
  • Non-muslim people keep away from these areas, women are forced to cover up or they will be harassed
  • People working in and around the areas, mailmen, janitors, builders etc, are forced to carry protective outfits like helmets, as they are targeted by people throwing stones and bricks at them from the balconies
  • Corruption in the councils, job centres and social insurance agencies
  • Recruitment to religious violent extremism
There are 52 "problem" areas in Sweden. In and around Stockholm the worst areas are Hallunda/Norsborg, Husby, Ronna/Geneta/Lina and Rinkeby/Tensta.

I have to admit that I don't understand the situation I've bolded. I thought the same a few years back when it was reported that ambulance and fire crews were regularly attacked - just leave the fkers. No post, no emergency services, no utilities. Job jobbed as they say. If they start rioting then send in the army and lock the offenders up somewhere remote and VERY cold (both of which Sweden has plenty of)

It sounds like that is what they are doing. The trouble is that means essentially ceding territorial control to gangsters and thugs. Something a hitherto stable, prosperous western democracy shouldn't be doing. Soon enough down that road Sweden will have its own Kosovo or Yala or Chechnya.

What a pathetic, weasely way for a govt. to act. They ought to go in with the army and armed police and cleanse all these areas, jail all the identified trouble causers and criminals and deport any who have recently been allowed in on humanitarian grounds etc. (personal, I'd go further and kick them all out) and who show such little gratitude, let alone respect for law and order. Blood boiling...

My sense of the Swedish ethos is that while liberally minded and naturally inclined toward sympathy toward people, they wont be disrespected for too long before a steelier side comes through.

Surely it is still within the Swedes, to be pushed so far that they cry "enough ! " and do send the army in, lock up criminal elements and deprive them of their freedoms? Liberal freedoms have to be respected on all sides. These thugs - regardless of their ethnicity - lose the right to freedom and liberty when they act this way.

Such reactions are not surprising given the current goings ons but groups like that are simply opportunistic, racist thugs looking for a reason to cause trouble imo.

As long as they aren't just using it as an excuse to beat up any immigrant they come across, good for them.

Couple of vids from a public consultation in a Stockholm suburb yesterday. A couple council fkwits were just going to tell 11 neighbouring property owners that the they're planning on building an asylum centre for "children" next to the local school, but 500 people turned up to voice their concerns.

It got a bit heated:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PGtmL7-kHZw
'if something happens to my children, you have blood on your hands'

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TpFlynp3L8
'if something happens to my children I'm going to kill the person threatening her, and then I'm going to seek out the politician responsible for creating those circumstances'
EDIT: rumours are saying this is actually Ghost Rider himself!

Full-on backlash starting in 3, 2, 1...

Stuff me, I just listened to that BBC More or Less programme, where they talked about the ages of the asylum seekers in Sweden from various nations, mainly in Sweden but touched Denmark, Finland and Norway.

Pity you guys in Sweden can't get it due to licensing restrictions, or maybe you can now?
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06yfypf

Anyway, complete disconnect between proportion of 16 year olds from Afghanistan vs Syria. If you are 16 or under, you get much better package and support plus right to reestablish family unity. Claimants from Syria, due to the conflict, are much more likely to be granted asylum, so the need to be 16 is less important, whereas those from Afghanistan are less likely to be granted asylum, but if they claim they're 16 then that makes all the difference. So in Sweden the proportion of 16 year olds from Afghanistan is much much greater than from Syria, whereas in the other countries they test for claimed age so the situation is quite different. The analyst basically levelled the accusation that the migrant network advised the relevant people to lie about their age.

Bloody hell BBC monitors let that one slip through.

I heard that too, it does seem like the BBC and other media are letting more out now. I wonder if they have caught the spirit of the public?

So, if many of the fake children are Afghanistan that can't bode well for women and girls given how they are looked at and treated there.

I'm on a few photography forums and one guy who responded to a photo on Facefail is Swedish. I replied and looked at his page and nearly every post is photos of trouble in Swedish towns, news reports on the sex attacks and cartoons about immigrants!

Christ, I'm going to sound like a proper left wing tt here but... Put yourself in their shoes, of course you'd milk the system and lie about your age/nationality if it meant some source of stability. I have no issue with these guys. It's the rapey/stabby/non-integrational ones I have an issue with.

Is there no one at a high level in the police, local govt., govt. or media you can complain to, and get some attention from? And publicise their neglect. Doesn't sound like they are doing a good job of listening to or serving their populace (and tax payers)...

I would personally love to see the ratio of "integrational" asylum seekers vs the "non integrational"

As a Western European immigrant in Sweden, I have struggled to integrate, but luckily I can speak a fair bit of the language so I have made it happen. I can see why they don't integrate, Swedish people are some of the rudest I've ever encountered.

But what I meant by integrate was to get a job etc, not just milk the state.

Anyway, I'll stop talking on this aspect of the subject now, as I am coming across as representing a different viewpoint from the one I actually hold laugh

See the vids in my last post. They're in Swedish but it's fascinating to see fairly graphic threats (toward immigrants as well as politicians) being met with applause. The tide is turning bloody fast at the moment, and it's not going to be a whole lot of fun being a lefty or a 'certain type' of immigrant soon.

I've said it before - Swedes are prone to extremism.
