Leaked DNC Documents Show Plans To Reward Big Donors With Federal Appointments

Leak said:
“If you have someone, send to [DNC finance chief of staff Scott] Comer – full name, city, state, email and phone number. Send as many as you want, just don’t know how many people will get to.”
The email confused at least one official involved in the exchange.
“Boards and commissions? Sorry, I’m lost,” wrote Jordan Vaughn, the national finance director for the DNC’s African American Leadership Council.
Comer explained: “Any folks who you’d like to be considered to be on the board of (for example) USPS, NEA, NEH. Basically anyone who has a niche interest and might like to serve on the board of one of these orgs.”
“I should say, though, that the likelihood of landing a spot on ones as prestigious as NEA/USPS is unlikely,” Comer added, referring to the National Endowment for the Arts and the U.S. Postal Service.
“It’s much more likely they’ll get something like ‘President’s Commission on the Celebration of Women in American History.’ (no shade to women) But when you submit your names, we don’t need specific designations,” he continued.

More highly shady and illegal behavior. It sure does follow Hillary around!

DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz to resign after DNC convention as a result of the DNC leaks. The leaks showed the DNC rigging the system in favour of HRC.

"The Clinton campaign — and several cybersecurity experts — said the leak was a political ploy carried out by the Russian government to aid in the election of Trump."

Under Bezos ownership, this paper has fallen so, so far from where it once was.

The DWS thing will fade away after Bernie speaks. The party is united behind its candidate unlike the GOP which has a chasm running right through it. Some staffers were open that they wanted the electable lifelong democrat to win the nomination rather than the unelectable "socialist" who has never been a member of the party. So what?

Clinton and Kaine gave a great interview on 60 minutes last night. Such a contrast with the previous weeks Trump / Pence effort. Expect Kaine, Warren, Sanders and Obama to go after Trump while HRC stays above it.

That racist is no better than Al Sharpton. No, I most certainly am not backing him. I have endured you continually insulting me and assigning me names other than my own, something I have refrained from doing to you. No big deal really as it makes you look the a$$, not me. What I will not endure, hoewver, is you slandering me by stating that I back an avowed racist. I suggest you retract that statement before the mods get involved. I know you don't have the stones to apologize, but a retraction is in order.

You've posted many, many racist comments about African Americans over the years on this website. I have no doubt that you would love to see Duke elected in your home state. You can bleat and moan but the first amendment gives you the rights you regularly exercise to make disparaging remarks about African Americans and it gives me the same rights to point out your racism.
That is your rightful opinion. However, proclaiming me as a supporter of known scum like Duke is slander and you need to stop.

What a bunch of crap. I listen to Sharpton on MSNBC. if he's a racist, it must be a secret. You probably think that BLM is racist too for complaining about police violence toward minorities (and whites too, for that matter).
When BLM walks chanting "what do we want, pigs in a blanket, when do we want it, now", that is not a group to hold up as an example. You feel free to do so if you wish.

DWS, the party chair will not even speak at the convention. Hilarious blunder. The emails will be rolling out all week. The one where an operative suggested they go after Bernie for his religious stance is disgusting. This will not calm down after Bernie speaks. Bernie's supporters just got confirmation via leaked emails that their suspicions are verified of a rigged system. They will be protesting big throughout the convention. HRC deciding to keep DWS on as even an "honorary campaign manager" is another blunder that will incite the Bernie crowd. This is going to be a fun and funny week political-wise. hehe

This is the biggest political story of the week yet 60 Minutes ( once-respected CBS news show) did not run it on their show. Let's see how CNN (Clinton News Network) handles it. smile

There's an 8ft high fence being installed around the Democrat convention.

I thought anyone wanting a fence/wall is racist?

On serious note regarding that point; try to waltz into mexico and see how you are treated. This is the same at most nations' borders if they are breeched illegally. Yet, for some reason, we are racist if we want to enforce immigration laws. Immigration is good, ILLEGAL immigration is the issue. In true PC/Dem spin fashion, it is now referred to as "undocumented" immigrants. It is not undocumented, it is illegal.

I find it an amusing sidenote that Obama's brother (half brother) Malik has endorsed Trump for POTUS. :hehe. Malik does have some strange views so not much of an endorsement IMO, but humorous nonetheless. smile

So, the polling gap between Clinton and Trump has nearly halved since a little over a month ago.

Well that's one way of looking at it.

Alternatively you could say it.s just reverted to the consistent 6-7% lead that she's held in all the previous polls.
Latest CNN poll has HRC ahead by 13. You can ignore Rasmussen, it's a right wing poll without credibility and always polls at a stupidly high level for the GOP and can therefore distort.

Polls are completely irrelevant at this stage. As far as the electoral college, which is the only thing that will matter, the models have her winning by as little as 332-206 and as much as by 386-152. Of course if a 3rd party candidate does get in.........
Nearly halved again, 3.9% Clinton lead now... http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/presi...
Trump now has a 0.2% lead... http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2016/presi...

Clnton will likely get a bump after her covention. The differences will come after the first and last debate. That along with whomever posts the most effective adverts.

Polls are meaningless right now. Trump will lose, it's just a question of by how much. He got a small bounce from his convention which is shocking considering what a cluster it was. I guess he can thank Don Jr and Ivanka for that. He can win 100% of Tennessee and Alabama and Mississippi but he needs to win in Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin and Virginia and a number of other states or he cannot prevail. He's way behind in Florida where the Bush and Rubio supporters will probably stay home if they don't vote for Clinton or Johnson, Tim Kaine should guarantee that Trump loses Virginia and his chances in Ohio, a state that no republican president has ever lost, probably went down the toilet when he decided to go to war with Kasich last week. If he gets more than 200 electoral college votes I'll be surprised and given what's going to play out over the next 3 months he could be reduced to a rotten core of around 150.

In case anyone missed it the latest desperate attempt by the Trump camp to get the Trump University case dismissed failed Saturday. We're going to hear a lot about how thousands of people were defrauded out of their life savings by Trump and his Ponzi scheme over the next few months. What was it the NY state attorney said about it. Oh yeah, he said it was a "straight up fraud".
