I think all of them are questionable (as is anybody that wants the job).
Out of interest, do you apply that to previous presidents/candidates as well - or just this set?
well, certainly the last 3 rounds, I'm actually struggling to pick a previous candidate that is not tared by the political scumbag label.

based on exactly what?

not saying he is the best person for the job, I'm asking you what you base your damning indictment on?
Really?!

Interesting. I never viewed Obama that way, but the rest, sure.

this is a classic example of where the press have made people's views up.

we in the UK know next to nothing about most of the US political system and it's candidates, but see to have no problem demonising one because he has made some headlines here.

the only reason people slag off Trump is because of the crap the press have reported, period.

that's not to say I think he's a great candidate and the answer to the US's prayers, honestly, I think all of them are questionable (as is anybody that wants the job).

the one thing Trump does have in my eye's though is he's not a carrier slimy politician there to feather his own nest.
Is a carrier politician not feathering his nest a type of pigeon?

You are such a sucker for loudmouth "non-politicians", scuffers. Trump is a politician, just as Farage is. They are both opportunists, but at least Farage believes in something other than self-enrichment - leaving the EU.

Everything he's ever done.

Would you advocate Alan Sugar as PM?

I always saw trump as a bit of a buffoon but after watching the documentary on channel 4 last week I see him much more as an asshole.

Its worth a watch - http://www.channel4.com/programmes/the-mad-world-o...

I dont take a great deal of interest in US politics but I think Trump becoming president is a disturbing prospect.

Trump defeated thank Christ. Not sure who by though, never heard of any of the others...
I used to think that but go and read up on Ted Cruz. He might actually be worse.

"In a victory speech in Des Moines, Cruz told a cheering crowd: “God bless the great state of Iowa ... To God be the glory.”

He is not trolling. Nobody could have the patience to troll for as long as scuffers has been posting about politics here.

Neither would be remotely interested. I'm surprised you like James Dyson. He moved his manufacturing offshore.

You'll find it easy to attack his opinions then, rather than him.

Yes he did, you might want to read up on why and what he has said about it at the time and subsequently.

Without doing that, he would likely have never made it.

So we agree. They are both cocks and should be absolutely nowhere near anything which resembles political power.

I have done so, scuffers, and I'm still surprised that you like him.
