I am strongly opposed to UKIP, but I cannot see how this was allowed so close to the election.

C4 can't have had much faith in it to put it up against the penultimate episode of Broadchurch.

Agreed, it all does seem a bit half-arsed.

Probably done more to increase the UKIP vote than anything Farage could come up with. Well done C4.

Shows what happens when the grown-ups leave the kids to run a TV channel.

So when's Labour first 100 days being shown ?
They used up the entire budget discussing the script.

They used up the entire budget and then borrowed more money to appoint consultants to discuss the script, then they subbed the job out to a private contractor who went over budget and time and delivered a script that was about mung bean farming regulations and the need to regulate mung bean pickers working time.

The inability of kippers to see this for the piece of light entertainment that it was only underscores their rather paranoid lack of judgement and perspective

Real political parties deal with this sort of satire all the time without whipping themselves into a frenzy and suggesting legal action; it's rather telling that the Kippers can't manage that....

And these two posts show the intelligence of 'some' anti-kippers. Pathetic.

Just fast forward 27 minutes and 46 seconds in.

"Some far right demonstrators are trying to disrupt the march....."

The producers not having the balls to start flying Nazi flags.... manage to get hold of a Israeli one.
Which is nice.

David Cameron must have been howling with laughter watching it, I'll bet they were all reminiscing the best bits over their morning Bacon butties in the canteen! hehe

I am not a Kipper and will not be voting for them in the election short of it being a choice between them, the Greens and Labour.

I thought that is was a disgrace that C4 showed this so close to an election (Yes I know it is not until May but the BBC et al have been ramping it up since Boxing Day) and utterly biased and one sided. Fair enough to have put it out in June last year would have been almost acceptable but now? Nope, just shows you the political machinations of the Media and how they will stop at nothing to try to sway the electorate rather than educate them. A massive reason why we have soundbite politics and people fervently discussing things that they frankly lack the knowledge to fully understand.
