My point is (and I'll repeat my opinion that, he certainly shouldn't have done it, because I know how PH likes to jump on this sort of thing) that whilst he is across the line we in the UK have chosen to draw, he was inside the line that an awful lot of perfectly reasonable and decent countries have chosen to draw. It's not a moral question, it's a legislative question.

He's rightly going to jail, because we have to draw a line somewhere.
