I am quite looking forward to it, the show was a bit tired at times. If we now get a new BBC Top Gear and another refreshed Clarkson show somewhere else then it could be a good time for motoring shows.

I don't mind him he can be watchable but please not that ex model Jodie Kidd who cannot present for toffee! That show with Q Wilson is cringeworthy.

We have to forget what went before and see this as a new beginning if we're to have a chance at enjoying it, no point comparing.

It'll fail if he copied the previous formula so might as well make it his own.

I would be surprised if there are 2 other well known presenters - too similar to the old format. I expect 1 other known plus some young unknowns (maybe 2 or 3). So Evans as the lead with maybe 4 others - gives the option for lots of short pieces with lots of variety - Evans' MO

I'm not impressed with him saying he won't and then doing it - but I can imagine the deal was second to none ...... And can't blame him really!

It will be a very different show - Good? Bad? We'll have to wait and see.....!
