That all sounds rather good, and I wouldn't mind watching that. But won't, because my internet is st.doogz said:
It'd be nice if the show wasn't aimed at the lowest common denominator, the 3 of them know a fair bit about cars and engineering between them, it'd be nice if this could be factual and entertaining.
According to the article linked to earlier, around James May and his perspective on all things TG and Amazon, commercial success accelerated when Andy and Jeremy took Top Gear to a new sales speed (ca 2002?) at which point it became more about three psychologically incompatible blokes arsing about (with cars as a backdrop). If the commercial success is seen in this light and remains imperative, it may well be that cars will only ever be a backdrop overall.audi321 said:
For anyone who's interested on getting Prime. If you can get your hands on a .ac.uk email address (student or teacher etc) you can get a 6 month free trial of Prime and then half price for 4 years (£39/yr)
That I can do (as staff). But I've only been able to find details on "Amazon Student" indicating they may be asking for further proof of being a student, which I can't do. I've not found information relating to offers for academic staff.audi321 said:

For the sake of a few quid aren't you putting yourself in a position where you could get done for fraud?OzzyR1 said:
