Why does he have to be working on a show to be working for the BBC?

Ok.

Last I heard, to coin a phrase, he was working on Eastenders, Match of the Day and Strictly Come Dancing.

Am I doing this right?

Eh?

What, that employ him to sweep the floors now?

Look, it may be a little out of date, but i was lead to believe that he is still on the payrol, but they can't find somewhere for him to work.

Look...yes I looked smile and according to a recent (this afternoon) online article at Thr Guardian "Tymon is working at the BBC and has been promoted to a new role as a development executive. He was previously an assistant producer on Top Gear" so as I said, he doesn't have to be "on" a particular prog to remain working at the BBC.

I reckon, albeit adapted to include Clarkson's performance in a past role smile

Don't be fooled by Breadvan's posts.

Most of us Irish are not the whiney type.

£100k is bang out of order. I'll agree that he probably deserved £500.00.

What "leverage"? His only "leverage" as far as I can see was legal action, which he's done. I'm not sure what other options he had which would have given him a better outcome.
The potential legal action so let's say he swept it under the carpet in return for maybe higher involvement in certain things which I've no doubt JC could have used his influence.
Still £100k isn't a lot given it truly went viral and without question he will always be known for it.
Ah yes - rather than take JC to court you think he could have done better by threatening to take JC to court and thereby opening himself to accusations of blackmail?

Has this happened to you often.

If ANYBODY slapped me in a work context, ESPECIALLY a superior, I would sue their ass off.

What type of work do you do where you get beaten by your colleagues or your superiors?
