Stitched-up by Tommy Robinson of all people and getting a lesson in morality from him ! Classic Tory chap in so many ways thinking his money can buy people and votes. A timely reminder just was a self serving party the Tories are.

Turns out Baroness Warsi awarded a £120k contract to a company whose sole director is one Afzal Ahmed to give speeches to school kids on the commonwealth's role in ww1 back in 2014.

well I agree with the thought behind this but I would think many qualified people would make the talks simply for expenses and not the £600/hour quoted.

Why is the modern world so much about fleecing us?

I'm sure the Western Front Association would be delighted to send someone for the price of a bus fare and a Hobnob or two. Mind you, they might get a balanced and academically valid view - and the mention of a place called Rhodesia and the contribution of its countrymen would give B Warsi a cow.

When Tommy Robinson comes out of a situation looking good you know you've screwed up.

Fruitcakes and loonies? Well, the Tories have the real 'nutters'.

As the Muslim population in the UK grows, as it will, more shenanigans of all sorts - not less. Thank goodness Warsi does not wield as much influence.

I dont see why it should come as a surprise to anyone
as corruption, backhanders and palm greasing is typical and endemic in the middle east, its the way they do "business", so no real surprise that these kinds of shennanigans are being played out here by the likes of Mr Amin and his pals.

It would surprise me none if later this week on the way to a disciplinary hearing he just happens to stumble on a terrorist gun attack and takes the gunman down and saves the day ( gunman escapes of course and gets to enjoy his bribe money ). Oh well, looks like he's headed for the same closet as that corrupt ex Ukip guy for failed token corrupt minorities. Seems even a near 200 year old political party still can't not pick dodgy candidates.

It will get interesting if someone does start digging if his 'money man' does indeed turn out to be linked to a hotel used for child sex grooming and high level criminality, which will probably mean drugs. This 'grab any brown man and push them up the ladder' ideal in politics isn't going to end well.

At 4:33 in Tommy Clearly says the moneyman is involved in 'Chicken Poul...' as a main line, he also says the moneyman is from Birmingham and that the hotel the moneyman owns was involved in a sting operation for grooming, also owns an Indian Restaraunt.

Amin (and his parents) were born in the UK. His grandparents were born in British India. I can't see the 'Middle East' link at all.

Anyway, it sounds like this story still has some legs on it because if the 'money man' is as dodgy as Tommy Robinson says then it could be quite embarrassing for the Tory hierarchy.

to be perfectly honest i really do not think it matters where anyone comes from . uk politicians appear to be as bent and corrupt as those from anywhere else in the world.

If 4v6 had said "the Tory Party" rather than "the Middle East", he would have had a point.
