The idea of including people from different ethnicities and social backgrounds in order for there to be variety?The motivation for this is not monetary gain, but a recognisation of the prevailing culture. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a black man playing Bond, seriously people get a grip, our secret services are chock full of brown folks these days, Bond films aren't all set in 1961.
