A tale of two cows...

You have two cows and a village to provide for, but promised the villagers three cows worth of milk so you borrow a cow each year and promise to pay it off later. You're part of the E-Moo milk union which means you can sell milk and buy grass seed easier but it costs you some milk and villagers from other parts of the E-Moo can walk through the village gate, pay and milk your cows. Your villagers can walk through their gates and pay and milk theirs too.
The Green farmer wants to give half the land to the cows to graze on and grow soy for milk on the other half. They promise free soy milk to 3/4 of the village, but the richest 1/4 of the villagers have to pay quadruple to make up for it. Because they're not selling the cows they want to borrow another cow's worth to fund it-doubling the cow debt. They also want to tear down all the fences and allow everyone in and out of the E-Moo who wants into the village.
The Yellow farmer dislikes most of the village, but thinks they should pay for his side of the village's milk. Everyone is confused by this because they said they'd be able to go it alone as their own village not so long ago. He wants to borrow another cow to fund this, and will force this on the red farmer if the red farmer doesn't get a majority. He also wants to throw away the farmer's shotguns.
The Red farmer wants to reduce the need for the borrowed cow by making the richest 1/2 of the village pay more for milk and the people with the biggest houses to pay a lot more. Nobody trusts him to get rid of the cow because the previous red farmers brought in the borrowed cow and we nearly ended up with another borrowed cow. They want to keep the gates to the E-Moo open, as they are at the moment.
The Orange farmer has been doing pretty well farming with the blue farmer, but nobody notices and he hopes he's not been forgotten. Most of his votes came from the village school-but they now hate him because he took away their free milk.
The Blue farmer has been doing pretty well at reducing the need for the borrowed cow, but said that it'd be gone by now. He also said there'd be less people from the E-Moo coming in but that didn't happen either. The need for the borrowed cow has been reduced by keeping the amount people pay for milk the same, but reducing the amount of free milk given away, which makes some people reliant on other people's free milk.
The Purple farmer thinks two cows is enough because he says people from the E-Moo have been taking too much milk, and even some have been coming back at night and stealing milk. He wants to shut the gates and only allow people in who don't need free milk.
Have I got it right?
P.S fk me I'm bored :P
