I have a feeling HMRC will make an example of him...

Bend over and think of happy times.

Won't HMRCs interest be dependent upon how he was trading?

Profits from spread betting, for example, are non-taxable aren't they?

Ive gotta say that if I had £25m in Swiss bank accounts and was facing 380 years in an American jail, I'd be trying to get somewhere where they couldn't extradite me.

Any suggestions??

I hear they're quite booked at the moment....

Would Cuba still work? I know the American embassy is reopening so it would be risky.

Think I'd still prefer Hounslow to Cuba - weather aside.

I still struggle to see how a guy in his mum's bedroom can end up with $30m in Swiss bank accounts. Did he not at some point think, "Perhaps it's time to move out... just to something modest... like a 3 bedroom penthouse overlooking the Thames?"

Northern Cyprus seems to be the favourite destination of ne'erdowells nowadays.

Dubai supposedly doesn't have an extradition treaty with the U.S. I think that would be my choice with £25m and a one way ticket to jail looming!!
