correct black people can be racist - and I'm glad that other people can see this too. However I'd defy you to show how an afro-Caribbean person could be racist against another A/C person, against Oriental/Asian/white or just plain discriminatory certes - however not racist.

Racism is institutional in the police here. Therefore a black officer will view a black person through the eyes of a policeman as a black person, not simply as a person. His indoctrination will cause him to look differently at people based on colour, even his own colour, and that's racism.

I see the case kind of imploded upon itself - well done Ms Moseby - you cost the Maryland taxpayer God-knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars on your foolhardy witch-hunt.
