indeed, I got into a habit of buying loads of crap at Aldi and always having some after tea, a few Jaffa Cakes here, a bit of cake there, Chocolate and sweets, belt getting tighter, two weeks ago the wife and I made a pact to not buy it unless we really want some for a treat.

Well, belt has come back in a notch, trousers much more comfortable and not missing it.

It is so easy to do, stick all the crap in your basket and then habitually have some every day, it doesnt need to be a massive starvation diet, its a long term thing, 100 calories a day extra, over a year is potentially half a stone, that is one small KitKat each day more than you burn, makes you realise how someone who does nothing and lives on huge quantities of crap ends up at 30 stone.
