Perhaps Jeremy knows something the US special forces don't about stepping into the bedroom of a fanatical hate-fuelled mass murderer holding an AK-47. Maybe they should have brought flowers and invited him to be reasonable?

Assuming you haven't read the article... Most of his points were about it causing more unrest, think he's wrong?

Which is then interestingly turned against him.

Spin spin spin.

Corbyn comes across to me at least as someone who sincerely believes he has the purest and fairest answer to many problems. Dreamer.

I suspect he is yet another example of the many who seek our trust to look after this Nation's well being whilst spending a lifetime in their own protected cushioned against reality environment. Cushioned against the harsher effects of the environment they all create for the rest of us. Sadly he is far from alone but, I suspect he is one of the more extreme or even worst forms of those we entrust come every election. Those I see on the media who explain their support also slot into the dreamer category.

I write this as one who in the now increasingly distant past usually voted Labour. Cannot see me ever doing so again. I am not alone.

MG, the best thing is, he won't get anywhere near #10, even his own party are planning how they can get rid when he ultimately becomes leader.

He'd make it an interesting PMQs as LotO. I give him 12mths before being unseated.

The longer this goes on the more useless labour look.

Bin Laden was an enemy combatant in an ongoing war. Why should he get a trial? The point of a war is to kill the enemy. Killing him was perfectly legal under international law.

Because I don't see the world as he does. My life experiences have probably been very different to his and they have led me to an alternative set of opinions. Nevertheless, I wish him well and hope he is the leader of the Labour party for many years to come.

You rascal! ... smile

That made me giggle. I like William Hague. He used to be quite hursuit, but in his balding latter years, his facial features reminded me of a character I saw in boys' paper from the past ... "The Eagle"... The Mekon .... Dan Dare and all that ... yikes ..... smile

Nothing factual? No worries.

I have a feeling we both agree he is the best/worst thing for party.

How long until we can call them the Democratic Labour Party?

Of course he was wrong. At the moment Corbyn is revelling in being outrageous, loving the publicity it brings him. I am sure he knows it, but it doesn't seem so clear to his supporters.

To have captured OBL and put him on trial would have caused far more unrest than simply despatching him and disposing of his carcass like the bag of sewage that it was. There has been little knock on from that, his followers just latched on to their next psychopathic 'leader'.

Putting him on trial would have given his spawn a focus point for years.

And of course, it would have wasted a lot of money putting him on trial.
