ISIS - Stronger than Anticipated?

For me the bigger concern over ISIS is the Shia militia once this is finished. You will have big groups of heavily armed people who's loyalties may lay along sectarian lines and who may owe a loyalty to Iran rather than Iraq and an official military trying to restore peace, stability and order. I predict a major cluster f**k in a year or two.
+1The shiite militia will help the Iraqis reclaim Ramadi just like they did in Tikrit. The problem is at what cost? The militia don't just kill ISIS fighters but they also butcher innocent sunnis who have nothing to do with this fight. The militia are just as barbaric as ISIS only they don't video tape themselves doing the killing.
Ironically the Americans will be providing air support to these groups whereas a few years ago the very same shiite groups were killing American soldiers all over Iraq.

i hope im wrong but i dont think any country in the middle east except Israel has an army capable of defeating ISIS, after all this time of US airstrikes, fighting Hezbollah, Kurdish fighters, Syrian and Iraq army ISIS still control large parts of Iraq and Syria. Add the fact they have a huge amount of money and new fighters wanting to join them wiping out ISIS is going to be almost impossible
Many countries in the Middle East could defeat if they had the will. The problem you have is that a lot of the soldiers dont want to fight at all and particularly fellow Sunni's. They are also very corrupt and ISIS use bribes to get divisional commanders etc to disappear, this filters down to mass desertions. On top of that the biggest asset that ISIS have is their ability to switch fighters around, massing in one area then another. Any army facing them must have the ability to keep troops capable of resistance in cities and open ground once taken. Iraq is a vast open area and holding that area is key to victory. Deny ISIS freedom of movement and you defeat them very easily, control and hold borders and you starve supply.

Couldn't give a fk about the thousands fighting over there, welcome to it. It's that few hundre nut jobs that come back to the UK I'm worried about.
You have to thank our lefty leaning politics and lefty media outlets for putting the opinion forward that the british public think that those that went to fight over there are victims of brainwash.(Even though our own military personnel are not brainwashed if they go to fight a ridiculous war for the americans in Iraq for example).

Assuming the one army (US, Iran, Egypt, Iraq...whoever) doing it calculated civilian casualties...wouldn't times like this be the time for air strikes? I am not a military strategist but when they are hundreds of soldiers in a town centre watching chaps being thrown off buildings, crucifixions and parading victories isn't that the optimum moment for more damage than one at a time truck destroying. Just out of interest where do you look at for information on the real situation and facts? Is there an ISIS Press office?
I think they have multiple FB and Twitter accounts many of which are later closed down. Some of the stuff going on in Syria is reported on the 'moderate and non-black flag opposition supporting group Go Free Syria:

There will also be hundreds of civilians in a town centre too. Blue62 said:
Emma Sky was brilliant on Newsnight last night, she put the blame for the emergence of IS firmly at the door of Obhama for turning his back on Iraq and allowing Maliki to become President. Worth trying to download for those on here interested in the facts.
There was an excellent interview on LBC, regarding ISIS, Syria and Iraq with her. It is available as a podcast.Blue62 said:

Seeing now how the Iraqi security forces behave there would never be a right time to have left Iraq. If you were an American citizen would you really accept hundreds of your fellow Americans coming back in body-bags each year just so Iraq could be more stable? Sure you could argue that America and Britain had a moral duty to stay until things were fixed but try selling that one to the electorate. This is the man that that help create the situation for ISIS to exist. This ia well worth a watch.

You will notice the use of Shia "special squads" in Sunni areas is not a good idea. Does this sound familiar at all.

They would LOVE that, it's what the lunatics actually want. I think perhaps you aren't appreciating the exact geographical area I'm referring to when I say "site"....I mean this:
