Never mind semantics about electoral percentages when there's another scandal brewing...

http://news.stv.tv/scotland-decides/news/1333481-s...

Two MPs being investigated for financial 'irregularities' in the space of a few months? Having to wheel Anwar out to plead her innocence?

Smoke? Fire? Squirrel?

At this rate they'll not have any MPs come the next GE. Which obviously we'd be better for but still...
It's suggestions of reported discrepancies in the accounts. Let's not get excited.

Well it must have been a childish/trollish remark as it wasn't even on the subject I had posted about.

You always bring out the 't' word when you're proven wrong.

Aye, because the first thing I would do if someone noticed a discrepancy in my accounts would be to run to my high profile criminal defence lawyer and have him issue a statement...

There's a theme here, SNP MP, money missing/dubiously obtained, Police investigation, Aamer Anwar involved, nothing to see here whistle

He actually proved you wrong. Again. But you know that really. That's why you a 't'ing.

And definitely not talking about the imminent decline of the 56, nope, 55, errr, no, lets make that 54. Still they are better than the others, eh? (better at losing their MPs, in any case).

At this rate, by the next General Election, the SNP will have lost 18 of their MPs to fraud or otherwise conduct unbecoming. Quite impression stats, no? wink

I'm not but this stinks like fk. WFI can't be a large group, and certainly the committee must all know each other. So when the discrepancy comes to light they discuss it and clearly McGarry's answers didn't explain it so they called the Police. She then shat herself and phoned every criminals favourite lawyer Anwar.

If this was just a simple misunderstanding, missing invoice or whatever why are WFI going to the polis about one of their founder members? And why does she need Scotland's 'top' criminal defence lawyer on her side?

Smelly smelly.

Natalie McGarry is an odious wee bigot who should never have been selected as an MP. Didn't take an idiot with half a brain to investigate her past and realise she was not suitable material to represent a parliamentary party.

Perhaps its party policy to involve the lawyer to help manage a situation?
