I posted a link to these on FB, my rather pro SNP mate then shared it with this comment:

"Knee jerk bullsttery at its best. Sorry Rich but you just confirmed everything I ever believed about "better together" and unionists."

Beyond angry at him. Its like all day has been a st fit of right on pricks decrying anything that could be construed as Pro tories\labour Syria bombing yes voters.

You feel like having any other opinion than @Tories bad, Bombing terrible, ISIS - all UK's fault, you may as well just never open your fking mouth.

But its the bankers and tories who are the real evil fascists.

So angry at it all.
So defriend the fud and move on.

Cast iron proof of what the SNP is all about.

They will do anything that twists the knife and creates resentment and negativity.

Burger asked for some examples of whats wrong with the SNP - just look here, the examples flow DAILY. It is a gift that keeps on giving.

Why don't we just give them independence? By which I mean give them a bit of Scotland- the area north of Inverness would be perfect. The SNP mongs can go and do their thing and the rest of us normal folk can stay as we were.

Partition. We don't need that bit, they'd have a power station and some wee towns, they could hunt deer and fish and look at windfarms and other SNP freedom stuff. Edge of Europe, away from the wars, London, Tories and all the other things they don't like. There'd naturally be a charge for re-entry, and if they wanted back permanently we could vet them at immigration and select on merit.

I think a Scottish partition could gain traction. How do I start one of those petitions they're so fond of?
I don't think you need a petition. Just create an event of Facebook and call it "an independent Scotland in the Highlands" then find an area miles from anyone, and call it independent Scotland and they'll be delighted to set up camp there (they'll be looking for somewhere once they get kicked out of the gardens at the parliament) hehe

Deffo. Do you think we could get them to take Stan Collymore with them? That way we could sort out both Scotland and Talksport at the same time. Win win.

Between the wife beater and celebrity dogger joining the cause and Salmond 's snide comments about the recently deceased Wedgie Benn it's hard to know who is the biggest SNP cretin of the day.

Keeping it classy.

Given your reputation for fecking off after a 1 line reply.... let's play a game

I will give you 1 item. You say TRUTH or LIE ( No other comments )

So... Here goes.

TRUTH OR LIE.... QUESTION 1
The Former Alex Salmond adviser Alex Bell says current case for Scots independence is dead because the SNP LIED about the financial case for an independent Scotland
So Edinburger.... WAS ALEX BELL TELLING THE TRUTH OR WAS IT A LIE.

Over to you ... to deflect... or answer TRUTH or LIE.
He'll be back with the usual Squirrel then when challenged, I'm going to guess that he'll say he has been busy and not caught up with the whole thread yet and hope it goes away and not respond.

Still... even more good education news from the SNP.
It did take a freedom of information request to the numbers mind you.

But... "Freedom!"

I see Nippy Niccy trotted out the 'I will not take lectures' line yet again. Losing count of the number of times now she's repeated that tired phrase.

There's the trouble with bursting on to the world stage after years of mediocrity in someone else's shadow - she can only hide her lack of substance and debating skills for so long.

Time to change the tune!

OY! Bugger off! That's the bit that a lot of us really like.

Can't you put them on some of the redundant oil platforms that'll be kicking about before long?

Real shame they didn't show a clip of Salmond supporting military action against Syria in 2013. Now that might have wiped the self satisfied smug grin off his chops after he called H Benn a tory supporting war monger - at least for a few seconds. smile

It's going well I think? Isn't this a sensible debate with point and counterpoint backed up with evidence?

HMRC seems to be intent on destroying future revenue streams by making many previously fiscally fluid people bankrupt rather than encouraging more mutually affable arrangements.

HMRC are aholes.

But, yes. If someone's campaigning against the hand that feeds him then you gotta start asking questions.

The latest figures published were 2013-14, and pulled from the GERS report

Scotland has a tax income of just short of £54Bn (including Oil + Gas)
Without O+G income, this figure drops to £49.9Bn
And these figures don't include Scottish exports from English Sea ports, nor companies operating in Scotland with HQ based in England

In return, Scotland received back "approx" £30Bn
Though the actual figure is not disclosed, it is widely regarded as around this figure

And for next year, Westminster has cut the budget by nearly £2Bn, widening the gap even further...

£12Bn is a fairly conservative figure

A mate who's a rabid snp person has put this load of tripe up on another place I visit.

In response to a claimed 12 billion pound that Westminister take off Scotland and don't pay back.

Original debate was over the forth bridge being closed and the snp knowing 5 years ago the failed part needed a redesign to accommodate the over stress it was experiencing. Said work was never done and cancelled on 2 occasions.

Has the Troll been into say that the SNP putting off repairs to the fourth road bridge since 2009, putting it in private hands and making a complete hash of the thing is good governance by the nats yet?
