It hasn't stopped the SNP being the SNP though.

They are saying that because they're not 'legally' required to be involved in the decision about triggering Brexit, this increases the likelihood that 'Scotland's voice won't be heard' and therefore this increases the chances of another indy-ref. Yawn.
Standard.

Is there ANY circumstance at ANY time which doesn't increase the chance of another referendum?

Forever calling for a referendum but never actually calling one. Spineless gobste s.
They can't call one - they can ask (and they haven't yet) but it's not in their hands

Irritating......

I agree, it's so annoying... This basic fact seems to be routinely forgotten.

Maybe someone should tell her and save the poor lamb from embarrassing herself, (and us), any more.

They could call an opinion poll I suppose. Spunk a few million quid on asking everyone in the electorate: "Should Scotland remain in the United Kingdom" perhaps.

I was away to say, it will always be spun to make another referendum more likely, no matter what.
Crying wolf too often. Keep it up though because it shows they are utterly bereft of ideas, and with each day that passes they demonstrate they are a less palatable alternative to the status quo, thus auto-diminishing their own chances of success.

The day the SNP change their tune is the day we should start taking their threat seriously.

Sturgeon has fk all to do with Brexit now then - did I hear that right that the judges unanimously dismissed devolved governments from Brexit discussions?

Not really true, she's said that SNPs in Westminster will be tabling 50 amendments to the Brexit bill. There no stopping her wasting other folks money. Ironically, that was a major reason why the referendum went as it did; they just don't listen do they?

I've been thinking (uh oh) I wonder if Scotland is the most represented/lumbered with politicians in the world?

I've got a councillor, MP, MEP, constituency MSP and list MSP. Perhaps I could set them against each other unwittingly in competition? Fun fun!

More accurately: she should be preparing our public services for the changes Brexit will bring, not attempting to influence Brexit itself. That's above her pay grade. (Well not above her pay grade, but outwith her remit wink )

You know what I mean, she could hold an unofficial one or ask May's permission.

But why do that when you can just greet from the sidelines and throw empty threats around.

Mrs Surgeon is getting a bit hot under her bunnet again. All roads seemingly lead to Independence...

I am increasingly curious to learn why would she be content to be dictated to by the EU? Surely Scotland would be a new and very small fish in an even larger pond. She would have to use the Euro. How would this be of any benefit? Her budget would be tightly controlled by the Stability Pact, and there'd be no Barnett formula, so how does this confer independence?

These aren't rhetorical questions incidentally, I am genuinely interested as to her thought process?

Supposedly Scotland's voice is not being heard, I live here and I am sick of hearing Scotland's voice, because it is always coming from the same vile, hateful mouth.

It's fair to say we don't agree on much, but for this I'll make an exception. That really wasn't very pleasant.
