It was clear. It was still clear when he was in the middle of the junction. The cyclist made no effort to avoid the bus and still hit it 2/3rds of the way to the back. Entirely the cyclist's fault IMO.

Personally I blame the people that built the traffic lights. After all, if they hadn't then there would not of been there and the cyclist could of continued to roar down the open road without a care in the world.

I also blame the Romans for inventing the road.

Who invented the bicycle? They have to shoulder some of the responsibility as well those brain dead numpties who invented the ICE
