Sex offender release

A house two doors away from my niece, her partner and their young child has become home to a recently released child sex offender, a 55 year old male. Apparently the monster in question owns the house which was tenanted in his seven year absence. Local residents became aware of his reappearance and made them aware. Surely it's time that immediate neighbours of such scum are made aware of such situations by the authorities ? How often does one read of repeat offences by convicted rapists and kiddie fiddlers ?

And yes, I do propose the death penalty for such scum. The world would be a much better place without these monsters roaming our streets freely after a few easy years of eating three meals a day, playing pool, and PlayStation twos and a nice warm bed to sleep in every night.

Are you serious? You honestly think that a few years behind bars would rehabilitate a monster like this and that it is OK for him to live a few yards away from young children? It is this mans business as this young family is his young family and he has due care to look out for them and their safety.And yes, I do propose the death penalty for such scum. Yes, I'm serious. The situation is as the situation is. He's been given a sentence and he's served it. He is now free from prison. He may be on licence and no doubt he will be under the supervision of a probation officer.rohrl said:

If you think his sentence should have been longer or harsher or you want to bring in the death penalty for sex offenders then it's up to you to campaign for a change in the law. Otherwise the only option is vigilante justice which is no justice at all.
There are freed sex offenders, murderers, fraudsters, burglars and so on in every village, town and city around the country. That's just the reality of living in a society where we don't have the death penalty and we don't tend to lock people up for the rest of their natural life. That's how we, as a society, have chosen to live and you're free to disagree with it but please don't make out that my position is outlandish or unusual.

Very doubtful. A nonce is the lowest of the low in the prison hierarchy. Other inmates hate nonces and many are quite willing to beat the s
t out of them, stab them with a shiv or poor boiling water over them.What did he do ?
Was it naughty school girl pictures on his Pc or was it actual contact noncery ?
That makes a difference as to what category of sex offender and therefore makes a difference as to how alarming the situation is.
Obviously he did serve time and possibly as much as 7 years so its likely he was hands on as it were. Find out more about the bloke and the crime and then you know if how much of a risk he might pose if he is left unchecked.

I bought a house that a sex offender had hung himself in, he was tormented by the locals until he took his own life. House was trashed. Getting the badly scrawled " A PEADO LIVES HERE" from the side of the house wasn't easy.
Whilst I in no way have any good feelings towards these individuals they do have to live somewhere and the backlash from the locals can bring out the nasty side of folk.

This is very true mind you. I knew of a man in prison who, let's say, didn't mind a bit of man on man action. He was a big strong black guy and had the stereotypical huge dong (apparently) swinging between his legs. I heard that a few peado's were put in his cell for the night so he could show them what it felt like.
