Do we think that is fair though? i think so, poor child won't be without a monther (no matter how stupid she is) and if she does something again, it's automatic jail time..
all well and good till you read it;s not the first time she has done it.

Kid would probably be better off adopted by somehow that cares.
And the security guard who may have been gaoled, what about his children?

Send her down, no automatic get out if gaol card.
Not forgetting the poor bloke who has to live with her, I'm sure he'd have welcomed some time off whilst she was inside.

If she was sent to Jail now at our tax payers expense she would be incarcerated, and the child would go into the system, at tax payers expense probably as well.

It's probably the most sensible decision given all of the circumstances - but it's still very annoying to most people !

Should be sentenced to litterpicking duty in Leicester city centre wearing a sandwichboard bearing the legend "I'm a feckless attention we" and a lifetime ban from social media. She might be motivated to get a life, but I wouldn't count on it.

Not severe enough, a person could have lost their job over her behaviour, she wasted police time and tried to pervert the course of justice.

Her child would probably be better off with an adopted family who will actually want him/her.

If not jail a long time doing community work would be appropriate.
