Is that it? Is that the absolute best critical summary you've got?

Christ I think Cameron's useless but it's pretty thin gruel isn't it.

Cameron? No, it's not about being left or right. I just think his personal judgement is terrible. IMO he has the worst judgement of any PM since WW2. He gets so many big calls wrong and constantly seems to misread situations. The EU referendum will be his greatest and last error...

How can this idiot expect to become the PM of a country for who's monarch he shows no respect at all

He declined invite to attend ceremony with the Privy Council as there was a clash in his diary, its now been said the clash was personal time to relax, aka a holiday.

So do you hold Cameron in the same contempt for failing to attend for a couple of months when he was appointed?

What a fktard.

If you want to be a republican, then be a republican. If you even don't personally like the Queen, then don't like the Queen.

If you want to be PM, then you need to work with people you don't agree with or don't like. If you can't do that, then you are not fit to be PM.

No idea. I posted the dates above. Think it was appointed to the privy council in december, finally turned up in march.

Clegg did the same thing.

Loads of reasons to bash Corbyn - this isn't one of them. Yet.

Looking at the notes of the privy council meetings hardly anyone turns up to most of the meetings. This is a complete non-story.

He's fked anyway as one day he will actually have to either kneel or refuse, then everyone can start really frothing at the mouth, whatever he does.

Mr Cameron was appointed to the council after becoming Tory leader in December 2005 but was only sworn in the following March.

The delay was partly due to there being no meeting in January 2006 and the birth of Mr Cameron's son Arthur in February that year.

My point is there was a meeting in December, and he was appointed at that meeting. The Queen was there, he wasn't.

Loads of people didn't got to the meeting at which they were appointed.

This was the meeting at which Cameron was appointed.

ORDERS APPROVED AT THE PRIVY COUNCIL HELD BY THE QUEEN ON 14 DECEMBER 2005 AT BUCKINGHAM PALACE

COUNSELLORS PRESENT

The Lord President of the Council (Rt Hon Baroness Amos)
Rt Hon Lord Goldsmith
Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt MP
Rt Hon John Hutton MP
Rt Hon Alun Michael MP
Rt Hon David Miliband MP
Rt Hon Hazel Blears MP

So he didn't go on holiday or just have relaxation time, so its not really the same as Corbyn's excuse.

Did anyone see the interview on Sky the other day with Roy Keane?
His wife has just had a baby & a journo asked Roy if robbie would make the match...Roy said''He didn't have the baby. Unless he's breast-feeding he should be all right.' C'mon Cameron show some commitment to her maj ... lol

Quite. Making an issue out of a complete non-issue was stupid, which isn't exectly surprising. Now if he kneels he's a quitter who doesn't even stand up for his republican ideals and if he doesn't then he's a teenage rebel who hasn't grown up, has no respect for tradition and hates the UK. It wasn't like it was even a carefully laid Tory trap, he laid the trap himself and now he's busy trying to push himself in. Muppet.

We're a constitutional monarchy so he should shut up and get down on his knee. If he doesn't like our system then he shouldn't be in parliament; He can then organise a movement to overthrow the system that he dislikes and her majesty's armed forces can attempt to put him/them down.

A self-serving interpretation by the Left. Corbyn said these things in a way that left him open to this kind of attack. He has neither clarified nor recanted. The public will judge. Indeed it is already doing so.

I disagree, if he wants to change it that's exactly where he needs to be and we can vote him and his coterie out on their arses.
