I'm looking forward to the leadership election to see how things have changed. Corbyn smashed the results and won easily without the £3 voters, but now there are many anecdotal, 'I won't vote for him again' type mantras coming from every weasel given a mike...love to see the new result, from an arbitrary interest in data and statistics.

I think Corbyn just got his arse handed to him on PMQs
It's a shame in a way because he seems like a decent guy, he's just too talky talky without getting anywhere and doesnt show any signs of leadership
to be fair to him he did look remarkably well turned out today. It's a shame in a way because he seems like a decent guy, he's just too talky talky without getting anywhere and doesnt show any signs of leadership

Won't he have to stand down with a vote of no confidence or can he ignore it and carry on? Can they just elect someone else as leader
And what are pplh current view of him
The vote of no confidence was from Labour MPs. It's the Labour Party which votes for the leader, not the MPs. So it was 'advisory' - much like our in/out referendum. Won't he have to stand down with a vote of no confidence or can he ignore it and carry on? Can they just elect someone else as leader
And what are pplh current view of him

He comes across as human, and a person who actually actively thinks about what he has just been asked, unlike the vast majority of soundbite party robots. Which is where Chukka and the rest wish to take the Labour party back to.It's a shame in a way because he seems like a decent guy, he's just too talky talky without getting anywhere and doesnt show any signs of leadership

you mean back to a credible opposition. If he remains Labour will be wiped out in the next election.Gassing Station | News, Politics & Economics | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
