Jeremy does strike me as a puppet. A "useful idiot". He is not very bright, does not have an inquisitive mind, is seduced by dogma. McDonnell looks far more like a puppet master. I'm not sure there is only one though: more of an anarchosyndicalist politburo, taking it in turns to act as a sort of executive officer for the week...
Denis! There's some lovely filth here!
Ah, now we see the violence inherent in the system.

It looks and reads as if it's been lifted from a 1997 manifesto tbh. Which wouldn't surprise me, he does like to live in the past.
Oddly enough: "For the Internet we plan a National Grid for Learning which will bring to teachers up-to-date materials to enhance their skills, and to children high-quality educational materials." Labour manifesto, 1997.
So Corbyn is taking ideas from Blair's new labour??? Now that is funny...

"Come and see the violence inherent in the system! Help, help, I'm being repressed!"

Funnily enough I read that comment and that was the first thing that I though of as well biggrin

As the user interface experience can be broadly and fairly compared to other interface's used in finance and retail, it just goes to show how truely st anything designed/managed by and for bureaucrats is.
I'm happy paying an accountant a few hundred quid a year to calc and file my return, just so I don't have yet another fit trying to find the two parts of the code which I'm not supposed to keep together or indeed write down...

Probably. As he also submits for overseas income, second income and a partnership, and is currently dealing with two HMRC enquiries, I think it's pretty cheap for professional advice.

Jeremy Corbyn has called for companies to stop "early evening socialisation", claiming after work drinks "discriminate against mothers".

The Labour leader was speaking at an evening event to launch his policy on equal rights for women, which was followed by a drinks party.

I am offended by that.

If it does discriminate, why does it not discriminate against fathers too?

He's a fking madman. Going for a pint with your mates after work is sexist now? fk off, Corbyn.

This guy is superb. He's single handedly ensuring that I never have to worry about Labour getting into power again in my lifetime.

I don't get the same warm, comforting feeling from having the guy as Leader of the Opposition.

According to the latest opinion polls 27% would still vote Labour despite his shambolic leadership. Even after amending the constituency boundaries to remove Labour's current advantage, Corbyn only needs a 7.7% swing from Tory to Labour to ensure he is leader of the largest party in the next Parliament.

7.7% is 1 in 13 people.

For real?! What a fking loon that bloke is, you would think that at least one of his "advisers" would say, "ahem...Jeremy...that's just not going to happen."
