Interesting view point int he Telegraph:
"Don't be afraid of Jeremy Corbyn. Be afraid of what comes after him"

Whatever you think about Corbyn his message does have hold over a substantial number of people. The current government do need to take the views of these people into account and in the long term look at changing them.
Imagine someone with very similar rhetoric to Jeremy Corbyn around fairness, equality etc but without the dogma associated with the nuclear deterant, not singing the national anthem and dressing like a dork.

There is a lot less tribal loyalty in the HoL than there is in Parliament - that's the whole point of it, tis' a broad church.
Indeed, and that is even outside of the fact that the LDs are not Labour, and putting the huge number of crossbenchers to one side s well. The House of Lords...funny things happen there.

Do you seriously think that the middle classes, the right thinking people to the right don't demonstrate?
Of course they do. But rarely by shouting, waving placards and marching. Mostly quietly via voting and influencing people, I suspect.http://www.ukip.org/corbyn_turns_his_nose_up_at_tr...
"Responding to Jeremy Corbyn's appearance on the Andrew Marr Show this morning, UKIP Leader Diane James MEP said: "Jeremy Corbyn just can't help himself. A personal position of hardline socialist rhetoric continues after a fruitless and ineffective leadership challenge. The future of the Labour party is now dismal given the policy making foundation he is bequeathing to his party. Possibly a real personal achievement for him and his entryist friends in Momentum but an absolute tragedy for the effectiveness of the Official UK Opposition party and for the United Kingdom.
"Corbyn's solution to the uncontrolled wage reducing EU migration which even he admits depresses the wages of UK unskilled workers is some sort of mysterious ‘migrant fund’. He wants to underfund our armed forces and turn them into the social workers of armed conflict. His solution to the perils facing our economy of too much personal and government debt is to spend an eye watering £500 billion more of borrowed public money on Labour’s pet projects. To top it off his answer to making Britain successful after Brexit is to call a meeting of socialist parties from across the continent to find some answers. These are the same parties which preside over unparalleled levels of youth unemployment and policies which have bankrupted many of the smaller economies in the bloc.
"There can now be no doubt whatsoever that the Labour party under Corbyn's leadership will keep the UK under EU control, subject to EU legistlation and ignoring the democratic Referendum outcome of voters.
"If ever there was an example of the lunatics taking over the asylum which is the UK Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn’s interview this morning is it!"
Further...
"Looking at why former Labour voters are now reluctant to vote Labour again lays the problem clearly at Jeremy Corbyn’s door. More than seven in ten (71%) of the 2015 Labour voters who said that they wouldn’t consider voting Labour again said it was because they don’t think that Corbyn would make a good Prime Minister. A majority also said that they doubted Labour would be able to form a competent government, and that the party doesn’t represent their views."

I've seen it with my own eyes, middle class wannabe hippies on a demo outside Starbucks; the place was packed at the time. What's been said is reasonably accurate in the round. Lefty protesters tend to do the spitting thing, the abuse of monuments thing, scrawling obscenities on walls thing, shouting, smashing shop windows with a bit of looting thrown in as a form of redistribution of wealth. It's all down to the left's greater tolerance levels

What a nasty little individual he is. This man and his pensioner buddy want to run the country and he behaves like that ? He doesn't even deserve to sit in the house if he is going to behave in public like that.http://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/uknews/mcdonnell-def...
Oh and another thing, this desperate push to try and convince people Corbyn is "honest" - Is this the same man who filed his tax return late and "forgot" multiple sources of income ? and who supported a 'remain' brexit vote when his voting history clearly shows he'd rather be out of Europe ? and who claims he wants a minister of peace but is a known terrorist supporter ?
Honest my arse.
Honest my arse.
