To simply look at this and conclude, in essence "stupid yanks with their guns" - is a myopic view to take, because people of varying nationalities enjoy shooting animals for fun.

The yanks don't have a monopoly on this particular issue. Sure, they have what could be argued as being an unhealthy relationship with guns, and are experiencing all the fkery that comes with that.

Hence, it is myopic to ask the question on this issue "what is it with Americans and guns"
