Ok, hold the house price/economy/ISIS/paedophile threads, the Daily Mail has highlighted a serious and pressing issue that, I think you'll agree, affects us all.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3184890/Si...

So, once you've recovered your composure from reeling at the news, what do you think?

Personally, taking him to the barbers twice seems quite a lot, at least once more than you'd expect, maybe twice more (but definitely not three times more).

On the other hand, as the investigative journalist shockingly reveals, 'He comes from a line of family who were also born with a lot of hair', so maybe it isn't completely unexpected?

They need to get to the root of the issue.

• Baby born with hair.
• Hair continues to grow.
• Family also have hair.
• Do you know a baby with hair?

This is amazing stuff.

I have hair as well, I will get in touch with the Daily Mail to share my experiences. Watch out for me in tomorrow's newspaper.

That is excellent work, thank you.

I'd been struggling to make sense of it but I think that is mostly outright shock at the news.

Surely the Daily Mail's place in history is now assured - immortalised as the ones that broke the 'Baby Hair Growing' story. yes

I can't claim credit I'm afraid. See @dmreporter for more analysis of the nonsense on DM.

Holy fk, the hair won't stop growing?

For real?

I have just looked like a Fisher Price man since the age of 2 without any intervention from barbers or scissors....but this kid has hair, and it what, just continues to grow?

Well that's my world rocked

My friend's daughter was born with a huge amount of dark hair and an unfortunate resemblence to Ken Dodd.

Do I win £5?

Do you think he could lend me some? frown

By the time he's old enough to impress the girls I would be past needing it!

It came out with bad teeth? That is quite unusual. Did it do a c-section from the inside?

Man you think that's weird, wait till you hear about the experience I had.
OK, I have a 6 month (next wk) old baby and he has these nails right. And they just won't stop growing!!!

I've done some research into this and from what I can make out this nail growing has been passed on from both me AND my wife. There's nail growing going on for generations!!!!

Is there a support group for people like us?

Both my sons had at least that amount of hair when they were born.
