Indeed. And not being German, it doesn't get any qualifier.

Don't really see that it's a big deal, to be honest. If a system needs to know your biological sex, it should ask, not infer it from your courtesy title, and if it doesn't need to know, it doesn't matter.

I agree, really. We don't really question it when a woman prefers to be Ms and no disclose her marital status, so why should a transgender person be treated any differently when they want to hide their gender?
